Founder & CEO
Nitin P. Khanna is a learning and organisational development professional, entrepreneur and educator with over three decades of experience working at the intersection of people, business, learning and organisational growth.
An alumnus of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, where he completed his B.Tech. in Mineral & Metallurgical Engineering in 1989, and IMT Ghaziabad, where he earned his MBA in Marketing in 1994, Nitin brings together analytical thinking, business understanding and a deep interest in human behaviour and learning.
He is the Founder of FountHead Learning and Founder of Bharat Learn, an NGO focused on basic education. His work spans strategic growth, organisation alignment, learning & development, frontline capability building and education. He has also worked extensively as a consultant and advisor to SMEs and start-ups. He has a deep passion for making learning meaningful, relevant and impactful. His innovations at the forefront of using storytelling, film-based learning and technology to create capability-building solutions have consistently delivered measurable business outcomes.
Over the years, Nitin has personally trained more than 25,000 people across organisational levels and contexts. He has also been involved in the design and deployment of learning solutions that have reached more than 2.5 lakh people through his distinctive Film Based Teaching Methodology (FBTM®).
His professional journey has included working with leading organisations across sectors, including Reebok, Levi’s, Cadbury, Domino’s, Max New York Life, Bharti AXA, MetLife, ABN AMRO/RBS, Infosys, Nokia, Airtel, Times of India, NTPC, Novo Nordisk, Bausch & Lomb and HP, among others.
Nitin has also contributed to the broader education ecosystem. In 2012, he served as a member of the Planning Commission’s Sub-Committee to Strengthen Community Engagement of Higher Education Institutions and was also a member of the FICCI Committee to Develop Future Trends in Collaborative Education.
Nitin believes that “organisations don’t grow because they train people more; they grow because their people understand why their work matters.”
